Determination

The past few weeks my five year old was determine to ride her bike with out training wheels. We'd go on our drive way and she'd try just to keep her balance, then she'd put her tiptoes against the pavement and ride without peddling. Yesterday, she got the confidence to put her feet on the peddle and go, subanAllah, she started riding. There was no pressure, I just let her do her thing and she flew. I'm so proud of her!!!
I also need to remember this story during times of strong currents and weakness, "Determination can be the key ingredient for those tasteless pressures", while we swim up the stream of knowledge and understanding.
