Just doing it

My husband keeps telling me to stop talking and just do it, "sounds easy", I continue to say to my self, however I found myself afraid to take the steps necessary to do the things I need to help our family out. Over a few years ago I was lost with mother hood and the daily chores that I wanted to give it all up and let the system take over. With tearful prayers and the third one on the way I was blessed with the introduction of Waldorf. Since then I have had a better understanding of human beings, the importance of rhythms, traditions, simpicity and my Islamic faith has increased ever so much. I am very grateful for all the books, blogs, sites and friends who have helped me on this path. I start this blog to track and share this enormous journey a held of us.

i look forward to reading about your journey. i'm starting to homeschool my 4 and 2 year old with a mix of waldorf and classical...two very different ends of the spectrum but both speak volumes to me.

what sorts of waldorf curriculum (if any) do you use?

Good for you for setting up your blog. I share the feeling at times that motherhood is overwhelming, maybe I should just bend to the societal norms that I really do not feel I fit into.
Enjoy your journey & keep us up to date...
